Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

I have tried 1.rocketserver.tv and nothing happens and i mean nothing. On 22.iptvrocket.tv it at least box connects. Server 22 shows me what channels i have and also guide info, but channels wont load on 22 :( also my Favorites don't even show up on 22 either and No VOD

When i use credentials

User name= My Email Address

Password= My Donation #

Did anything on crdentials change? Remember that i can connect with credentials on 22 with the above credential settings and info. I don't think credentials is an issue on 22 but not sure about 1.rocketserver.tv as nothing happens and if credentials were to be an issue somekind of lock would appear or it would ask for credentials again.

I really don't think 1.rocketserver.tv is the server this box is the server i am suppose to use. As it does nothing.

then load your port with 1.RocketServer.tv and the use password and username and then your mac should be fine send me your info in pm not here please

asft, Update- I changed credentials on sever 22. Here is what worked for me

User name= Donation #

Password= Donation #

Removed Email from "User Name"then added Donation # and now have TV, But seems like i lost my Favorites and still no VOD :( at least i have TV now. I have not checked all channels, but so far so good on TV part.

For those having the problem with 22 server Here are the steps I took to get it resolved
e-mailed the server provider and explained that i would like to change servers due to the on going problem with 22
Got a reply back within 30 min saying the following

[FONT=&quot]Hi.
We change your Portal to 11.iptvrocket.tv, please set your receiver and
check.

Best Regards.

Changed my portal to 11 from 22
re-booted asked for username password entered the donation number in both slots AND BOOM UP AND RUNNING Ever
