Rocket Down?

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
.22 here. So frustrating, VOD down for two weeks and live TV down all day! Useless device, not even sure what Ive paid for anymore. At the very least it would be appreciated if something official was announced so that we at least have an expectation.
 
Down as well. No VOD for over two weeks. No Live TV as of Today, all day.

Making some kind of an annoucement should be their Obligation, not us asking for an announcement :eek:/ Very Unprofessional of IPTV and Papio to just leave us Hanging. Not Kool at all :eek:/
 
Thats realy strange that some folks are up and running and other nothing Im using server 22 and not getting nothing no live tv no movie club NOTHING !!! Is this a case of just sit back and wait
 
I am up on fuse box and down on TvOnline box. Seems, they are either blocking some boxes from getting service/Live Tv and Giving some Boxes Service. So they have to be purging some boxes from the system for some reason or another? Also no VOD for about 3 weeks now.

I know it's pure speculation. We have no choice but to speculate because they leave us in Limbo Land without any announcements :(

Will try a reset in a few.

Up date on IPTV reset.

Ok i went to IPTVROCKET.COM I can do an order status which gives me my order# and Donation# and Email Address i used as well, But it doesn't show me what server is assigned to me.

When i try to do a Check Rockets , it tells me page is not found, Because page is not found, i can't Check Rocket info, when i usually do a reset. So i cannot do a reset.

I have emailed them and asked them to fix the issue/issue's . Their is nothing more i can do at this time, I am at their Mercy :(

Also no VOD for like 3 weeks now.

So I have a nice None Working TVOnline Box that has a glowing red light, sitting their looking pretty, Noting More :(

just checked papiao and it is opening normal for me. Check Rockets as well is working.
It was slow last night, starting early evening and into the night. But seems fine this evening here.
 
I sent Papiao an email and they said "We Resetted your service in our end, please reboot your receiver and check, if this issue persist please contact one of our moderators in our tech forum, our staff would galdly help you". My service is back up but now instead of the channel name in the lists the description just have "channel 55293".
 
Up and going fine on live, VOD down on 22, Same on 11 on second vixo2 but VOD and movies load, but will not play there are some changes on the VOD screen IE added an ADULT section to the All-Spanish-English list. Even if you have a direct link to the channels with a private channel list they change constantly and have to be updated for EACH CHANNEL. So for so many channels there is a lot of minute by minute for ANY server, channels have to be tiered in and it takes a long time when channel lists change to tier them all in and to dedicate them to each server. I have been at this for about forty years, and this wait is no big thing. I understand the "I want TV NOW" group, and maybe there should be some spokesman for the servers but what would they say? Anyway for the price with no worry it is a dream. I have had no trouble getting my donations page to load unless they are under high server traffic load.
 
It's been a day and a half since my last post and not much has changed. Any idea when the problem will be solved?

How about giving everyone who has server 22 the option to change to another server?

I really wish you guys had the power to wag the dog. I don't think they could pay me enough to do your job.
 
MAG254 was working fine (22.iptvrocket.tv) but it slowly "started losing" channels! I click on them and nothing happens.

It started when I clicked on videoclub movies but nothing would come up. This week I started clicking on channels TSN, ESPN, and nothing comes up. Just a blue screen!!!! (see jpg)

All except channel 77 (London Live loads fast!) weird, what gives!!! aaahhh I am losing wholesome family footbal games!!!! : )

I have rebooted, restarted, reset(ed), reloaded, reconfigured a million times but no go!?!?!? My "reseller" doesn't know what is the problem and I am losing it! I need my soccer in english and spanish!

I have researched this on the internet but come up with no solutions. Anyone have any ideas? Appreciated.

Same thing here, Got same response as others on here. Looks like a generated response from their system.

I have rebooted my TVonline box several times, rebooted My Router and Modem "Just Incase" and still nothing. How can the staff at IPTV help me? As Papio site ask's me to ask for help on here :eek:/ any help would be appreciated, it's been a few days since i have no service of any kind at all, No VOD No IPTV , Nada.

Also when i click on "Check Rocket's" on iptvrocket.is it tells me page is not available, wether i am on my phone or pc, I get same message from papio site.

When i click on Order Status. It doesn't tell me which sever i am on. No 11 or 22 all it starts with is 1.RocketServer.tv and then all the other servers for Dish, Claro, Etc.

What is going on with this service? Are those guys that run this Service at war?
 
then load your port with 1.RocketServer.tv and the use password and username and then your mac should be fine send me your info in pm not here please
