Same thing here, Got same response as others on here. Looks like a generated response from their system.

I have rebooted my TVonline box several times, rebooted My Router and Modem "Just Incase" and still nothing. How can the staff at IPTV help me? As Papio site ask's me to ask for help on here
/ any help would be appreciated, it's been a few days since i have no service of any kind at all, No VOD No IPTV , Nada.
Also when i click on "Check Rocket's" on iptvrocket.is it tells me page is not available, wether i am on my phone or pc, I get same message from papio site.
When i click on Order Status. It doesn't tell me which sever i am on. No 11 or 22 all it starts with is 1.RocketServer.tv and then all the other servers for Dish, Claro, Etc.
What is going on with this service? Are those guys that run this Service at war?
