hello could someone please tell what a donation number is thank you

could someone tell me if donation number the same as the order number thank you

Order number is 16 digit and donation will be 12 or 13 digit number

No they are not the same the donation number is the one under username and password on the email you got back from rocket of NFPS. it should be 12 digits i believe..
