NFPS / Private Donation not found for IPTV

Hello, bought the code last Friday. I did not received any email so far, checked junk folder. I was able to get my Sat box working with the info provided during checkout, but when i use my donation number to register MAC address it gives my error "The information provided is incorrect please try again."
I bought my code from NFPS website, even sent them email but so far no reply. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, that's the one. When i check order status at https://papiao.is/main/order/
it works i do see all the info, i copy the donation number from there and then try at the link you provided and that gives me error.

"The information provided is incorrect please try again."

make sure if you copy and paste that there is no extra space after the last number
