Hey a friend of mine has his donation number but not his order number and his mac address needs to be reset. He purchased directly from the official website and has deleted the email he received but has the info on the form sent to him. How would I go about doing this for him?

Goto the iptv site he purchased it from. Send them a e-mail stating what he done. And he would like them to resend the e-mail to the email adress he provided i had this problem and they did it for me.
