yes i do
I am pretty much done with IPTV after 2 weeks.
(Mag254, 100mbps FIBER internet, rockettv)

Video quality is poor on all of the main channels
Audio quality is also poor on those same channels
Freezing channels occurs on every channel I have tried at some point, which pretty much ruins the tv experience
No communication on future plans to upgrade service, channels, quality issues.
No reasons given for why channels freeze besides too many people watching - Whats the point of having tv when you can't watch the best content live?

How much money has been "donated" for a service that is almost unwatchable?

I understand that this service is still "new" but for the amount of money involved, there should be a lot more communication on whats happening to fix the inherent flaws like freezing channels with awful picture/sound quality.

Someone pull me back from the window because Im ready to jump out.

Bottom line there are probably a few that have problems do to their ISP causing inconsistent speed. Doesn't look like that is your case. It is strictly supply and demand. If too many people are on at the same time it will overload the server PERIOD! Result freezing. You most likely are into this for about $7.00 per month. It is a new and upcoming system. For me if the price stays the same I will most likely hang. If price goes up and service remains the same then its goodbye time. I vote with my dollars.

You are always going to have cheerleaders on all of these forums. They rarely admit their service is freezing. Usually when they do a few hours later everything is great. The rest of us know different. If you complain too much they will usually be on the defensive. Complain excessively and you are banned. I know behind the scenes they are working hard because the alternative is no members except for the cheerleaders. Your best option is to continue reporting the problems in a professional way and wait if you can. Good Luck

I have the same "Quality Service", running Mag254, 55mbps (costing $80/ month), with nothing else running in southern Ontario, Canada. There has been communication from some moderators telling if we don't like the service to move on to somewhere else. That seems to be a sound business practice. There was communication from NFPS as to the problems and they were working on it. That is fine until Feb. 2016 when I will move on.

mt thoughts ....you get what you pay for iksrocket is $80/year (or less if you find a good reseller). Many other providers are $20. to $25.- month. I've used both. Even the expensive ones will have occasional freeze or hickups. Add to that this service has been having issues in last while, probably because too many users have hacked in too avoid paying. This should ease as security improves. I personally iksrocket provides good bang for the buck, despite issues. But if by Feb its still not to a standard that's acceptable to you, moving on to another provider won't be wrong for you.

What do you consider very little freezing? I think any freezing while watching a show like the walking dead ruins the broadcast and therefore makes it unwatchable.

Not a cheerleader here i just come from way back in before the FTA days with the big 10ft dish it was nothing to drive 50 miles and wait 2-5 days to get it back up, in the early FTA days it was often go down for hrs or days at a time
so if you have seen all this a little freezing and channels down for a few hr is just a walk in the park
Honestly at 7.00 a week and freezing once in a show i would consider a complainer
Just my 2 bits

It is not only the hackers. When you continue marketing donations while the system is already at its limits that compounds the issue.

HLS is a streaming technology in which in a different manner is carried out adjusting the parameters of the flows toward the client . At the start of play, stream leaves the maximum quality for a few seconds, measure the result ( there packet loss , loss / footage at the customer ) . If everything is OK , playback remains of this quality (eg HDReady / FullHD), or else automatically moves to the first lower with lower resolution video and hence lower bitrate stream itself . Everything is repeated until it is found most suitable bit rate from the available for the respective client device / player. This technology is suitable for professional streaming and therefore is used extensively by Apple, Google and even our NFPS.
In theory it should work correctly with both preset profiles in servers but in practice things do not happen so . The problem will be exacerbated by the increase in users due to lack of wide Internet channel.

For most of us who have been around since the early days of FTA have learned that 'this is a hobby' and not a primary means of your entertainment anyone that is expecting otherwise will be disappointed, it does not matter which side of the fence you are sitting on (the cheerleaders or the complainers) the truth is yes it does cost money but it is by no means a large amount, if you do not think $7/month is worth all the channels, movies, music, sports and so many international channels you are getting (with the occasional freezing, blackouts, wrong streams on channels, no sound on some etc. etc. etc.) then it is time to look for alternatives and if you think it is well worth it then hang in there in spite of the problems.

Guys, guys. Every one allready knows that private server just freezes it is all over iptv forums all over the internet. Before you pay for a service especialy iptv do your research and you will avoid situations like this.

i can setup a webcam in front of my television and you can stream without freezing from me. :)

tbh the picture quality, number of channels, etc is what it is for the price. which i find fair, but if it continuously froze every 10 secs or even every 15mins i would go mad and probably let my frustrations out on my box and smash it, as said it would ruin the whole experience. its to bad some of the world have very bad connections to belize or the other way round, but the server admins also need a place for their servers where US can not reach, otherwise this would all be over pretty quick. i have no idea what the future plans are, but the providers must be pretty frustrated too trying to solve this, i do not believe they do not care. but how the heck do you explain this to a mad crowd who does not believe it because "they have 100Mbit internet" and "there is nothing wrong with my internet", you do not own the internet its a very complex animal owned by millions, you can not shut it down open it up or control it. changing or setting up more servers in other countries is also not something you just do, again i have no idea what their plans are other than they must stand in a dilemma that is hard to respond to if the freezing really is so wide spread.

One thing i noticed with picture quality is the hardware you're using..When i stream with my pc the picture is Amazing but when i use the dual core mx2 droid box the picture quality sucks it's night and day between the two..

or get a MAG 254 (understand AVOV products good too) for a better running iptv system. But don't expect problem free. You'll still get channels not working, freezeups, stuttering cases and no sound on a channel, but will seldom be at your end if your internet is good.

true I am a huge audio/video-phile and some android boxes have horrible video decoding, coupled with no 24p or refresh rate changes to match the video unless you run lollipop and it still has problems, so it doesn't support all the nice modes of my television. I never forget my ouya.. or uaaarrrg! worst video quality I ever seen. used it a couple of times to tweak/confirm things really where that bad; it has been in the drawer of electronic junk/oddities ever since.
the fire tv has excellent video decoding (but no 24, 25, 30p yet its supposed to come with fireos5), and so does the old rpi believe it or not, which can also output any refresh rate, its not a android device though.

most pc's that support hardware acceleration in kodi have good video decoding, it pretty much comes down to intel, amd, or NVidia anyway.
