Rocket did this ever happened to you?

I upgraded my donation numbers and worked few days last week, but today I found out the numbers are not upgrade (IPTV Disabled).
I checked my payment paid, confirmed from visa.

I just sent an email, but I don't know when I will get my email answered because they are busy.

Did this happen to anyone? and did you get your back?

Similar situation for me, renewed 5 donations last week, all was good with both IKS and IPTV working, this morning I noticed the renewals had been reversed and all donations were inactive but fortunately I have a reseller account and the renewal credits had been returned to my account so I went ahead and redid the renewal process and now IKS working but cannot connect with my MAG254's on IPTV...reports of server work going on but overall rocket service really going downhill....

My situation is that I upgraded numbers and I didn't get my payment back.
You are lucky.
