I continually get a device ID mis-match. I enter my donation number in the name and password fields and serial number as well as the Device IDs. I have had the service since December. Anyone else dealing with this issue?
I don't know what device or app you are using, but... As a start I would set the app to defaults, go to the Donation Checker and do an IPTV Reset and then reconfigure whatever app you are using.
Well, this should more properly be in the Kodi > PVR Stalker thread. Anyway, I'd check to make sure you are configuring the client correctly. I would have thought the reset would get you up and running if everything was correct. ( Make sure you exit and restart Kodi to reload the channels. You needed to do that after the reset.)
If you find an issue with the configuring, do another reset and configure correctly. You may have to do a MAC address change if nothing else works. The other option is to wait for a Super Moderator to check your donation at the backend.
