If you are running a business, you know, things happen. You can blame your supplier, but here we don't do reseller support. I'm sure you can talk to your customers on what is going on, that there were issues with security, and the service had to make changes, but it will be up and hopefully better in the future.
As far as resellers, I won't bash them. However, there are bad apples out there, so to avoid issues, we recommend just going direct.
