Hello, If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. I have had my mag250 out for over a month now trying to get this resolved. I have tried everything that I have seen on the sites from changing the MAC to Resetting and I have even tried contacting my provided then IKS about 4 times and no one will respond or try to help. I have almost given up. I have about 10 months left and I cannot watch tv. Any help on getting this fixed would be appreciated. It seems it is not on my end.. I even did a factory reset and the same thing is happening.
