Hello, If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. I have had my mag250 out for over a month now trying to get this resolved. I have tried everything that I have seen on the sites from changing the MAC to Resetting and I have even tried contacting my provided then IKS about 4 times and no one will respond or try to help. I have almost given up. I have about 10 months left and I cannot watch tv. Any help on getting this fixed would be appreciated. It seems it is not on my end.. I even did a factory reset and the same thing is happening.

I have tried an IPTV reset on a couple of occasions. It would let me get to the bars again but then would stop half way though and then the Contact service provider would pop up again. Very frustrating.
 
Log out of the box. Change the last two numbers/letters in the MAC address at the Donation Checker and save it. Now, go back in and change it back to your proper MAC address, save and reload the box. I have seen this get around the "Contact Provider" issue before. If it doesn't work, a Super Mod may be able to get things straightened out.
 
Don't give up. A Super Mod will look into the details. You might want to send a PM to ASFT, Crazed or Rocky Cat with all of your details (e-mail address you used when purchasing, order number, server assignment, etc.). They can delve into things more deeply and are committed to doing right by customers..
