I can also corroborate - lots of freezing today (Monday 5/15) on NEWs channels FOX CNBC MSNBC that I watch during the daytime--- CNN doesn't even connect.

Ok here it is ... day 4 or 5 .. I lost count ....still freezing going on ...was fix for like 5 mins ...
Seriously the tech team is working hard to resolve the issue ...i honestly have doubts .. this is BS..

Probably you have noticed the modus operandi on this forum. Mods and fake customers say the service is great, all works.
Regular customers get the shaft for mostly non-watchable channels.
For poor service, the mods blaming other providers and for complaints moles. They ban posters and delete perfectly legit postings.
Just like in politic. Suppress all dissent and disseminate propaganda how great they are.
They have never learned from history, because at the end, truth will prevail.
