Rocket "connection problem" how much more time until it's fixed?

Ok, I don't want to come across as a typical complainer here, but something needs to be said being that it's been going on for weeks now. I rarely post and when I do, most often its to help someone with their kit, or resolve an issue. Both on this forum as well as at beta.

With that said, the system is having issues, has been for weeks and it's all around the service. Ever since the implementation of username/password to authenticate, the service has been less than poor. It's been horrible. Constant message at the top of the screen "Connection Problem", God awful performance in loading the channel lists (if it even gets into the portal), and changing channels could become a reboot nightmare until it's back in the portal.

Guys, Take it from an experienced person, trust me, it's bad. If not for IKS, the screens would be all black and iptv is costing a premium right now, while IKS is basically free.

What is going on? when will the service stabilize and go back to what it once was? It used to be excellent.

Thanks Psycon. My bad... I missed reading that announcement. It's dead on target though. I appreciate the honest straight talk. I'm sure others do too.

Hope that things get back to normal soon.
