this is what sucks about this service, it goes down way to often and since all the admins can connect they will never acknowledge that there is anything wrong with the service. I guess all users on multiple posts are making this up.

The reason they were saying it was up was because it was up for them, and that included me. The service is back up for me now. I'm watching CNN without any problems. Reality is not koolaid. Stop thinking there is a vast conspiracy underway.

I never denied that its not working for them.. just surprised it works for them everytime and it takes a long time for them to acknowledge something went down. i am not drinking any koolaid just trying to get them do some support on all the users complaining on multiple threads. its nice to have cult followers

They would have nothing to gain by stating its working for them if it's not... This is just a support forum and they make no money from this.... The service doesn't go down that much, if your constantly having issues then it might be something else. We are all connected to the same server so it's not like they have some special access that we don't have
