Rocket Clear A MAC Address

I'am trying to add a new donation to a Mag 254. When i do a Rocket check, My new Rocket comes up with a Mac Address with all 0"s. When i change the Mac Address to the Mac that is on the Mag 254, It keeps coming up saying this Mac Address is already in use. How do i clear this.

Hi I read through it but is there a way to remove an existing mag254 Mac address from an about to expire account/donation and assign it to a freshly assigned donation?? Many Thanks in advance.- Bohanna

yes.
You can do that at the service website.
Log into that code t the website and just delete the MAC thru the MAC option found there.

Thanks. The old donation just expired and it NOW allowed me to put in the Mag254's Mac address in the new one but when I boot it up it says your STB is blocked call your provider. Any ideas??
