NFPS / Private Channels not loading, authentication error

So Tuesday night I was not even able to login with username and password but last night I tried, I was able to log in. On demand movies work but when I try to watch TV, the channels are not loading up and says authentication error on the top.

I assume the guys are still working on this, correct? Does anyone use Android TV box with STB Emulator app able to see the channels last night? I see people saying you need to change mac address, I never did and able to login to the server now.

I think we all need some patience but it would be great if the provider gives some detailed up to date reports of what they are working on and expected time line to have everything fixed to keep everyone informed.
