VOD / INFO Channel problem

I can only get 10 tv stations, all marked favorites. And no tv/ sports. How can I fix this?

are you using nfps, rocket, or 66?

stb used 2 xr4500's

portal 2 and 4

internet speed 1 gig or 1000 mps

service used nfps ........

connection type - Ethernet or straight connected
