If yous are getting all zeros like that, then make sure your receiver is off and re-try Linking the MAc

crazed 2.0... what does having the reciever off or on have to do with the site not being able to update the mac....? It stays at zeros even after it says 'MAC updated successfully'
I understand that.
But it is not out of the realm of possibility that an inactive receiver may help with linking the MAC correctly.
ok did that now have new mac address but dosent match the one in mg254 is diferent .how do input the new mac address to mg254 so they be the same?http://iks66.com/

cant login to set mac for service, now cant even login ,period
i understand their working on fixing server issues and upgrading things but at least email me back within a day when i email asking help, IKS 66 !
it takes about 3 to 4 days for my payment on card to clear anyway, so no harm no foul , but i hope when my payment clears
they help me get my service running.
like i said, problems with things is ok, im patient,
but just send back an email saying your help me
