NFPS / Private Can't enter MAC address

I am on the page to link my MAC address to my donation number. When I try to type in the MAC address box that presently has all zeros, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

went back to put my mac #
i got mac address already exist. will not change to my mac.
coputer wiz i am NOT at 78 it is hard (i wish haha)
