IPTV66 Cannot log in with donation number.

Hi, I need help. Trying to reset mac address and it`s telling me cant find any information or my donation number expired a long time ago.

I only got it on February 7th so still have another nine months to go.

it says OR it expired.

include your email
your route number
and the MAC you should have linked.
