NFPS / Private cannot connect -new donation

hello,i am newbie. i just recently made an order 1 donation and use 11.iptvprivate..... but cannot connect to the server
my donation is ACTIVE.

any suggestion?

1. What is your setup? ie: mag, kodi, pc, android tv box, etc.

2. Who did you donate to?

3. Have you read through the forum here already and could not find the answer?

Ok power off your mag. Then goto your donation and relink you mac with a different one (easiest way is changing the last digit or letter of your mac by just one digit) then relinking it again with your original mac address. Now power on and all should be fixed now.

Make sure server is set to 11.iptvprivateserver.tv in your mag settings. Cheers!

and enter your donation then at bottom of next page relink mac address.
