Rocket Can not connect /connect failed

I bought a rocket subscription and bought the smart tv app (activated).
I go to

to input my mac address and m3u list,it load and says "Success! Channels: 7195, Groups: 2" I restart the app in my smart tv and I get the list of channels but no tv. can someone help please. I to a Samsung smart tv. I deleted the mac address and list restart several times but when I re-input everything, I still get the same thing a list of channels but no tv. All you help would be greatly appreciated.

One of my good friends have the same smart tv and is using the smart iptv app. He deleted his m3u list and start from scratch to show me how it works and that it does work.I paid to get this app activated. Can some one help me please.
