IPTV66 Box moved to other country

My iptv box has been moved to another country. The setting on the server is changed to that country.
A ping on a laptop to the server is doing fine, provider does not block but .... I do get the message: please check internet connection and portal URL.
What do I have to do to get this box working ? Any help is appreciated.
 
make sure your portal url and Mac address is correct on your device and matches with what you see on your provider site. if not using Mac address then make sure theres no typo errors with username and password. also, make sure that box does have internet connection. if nothing works then try using vpn and see if that helps.
