Power off box, disconect box from internet. Reboot your router one more time. Wait till fully booted back up and then Go back to website and do another reset and then wait maybe 5 minutes or perhaps 10 minutes (depending how patient you are)
then reconnect box and power it up and check for results.
what Lowteck meant is weather or not the avov is communicating with the router.
Do the Network IPs populate (seen thru the avovs menu) ?
Does the port light on the router flash on, when avov powers up ?
