Almost every channel either doesn't work or has awful buffering issues.

This is not a small issue that occurs sporadically - it should be an embarrassment for the providers of the service that we pay our hard earned cash for (even if not 100% legit). Is is extraordinary to expect what we were promised when we signed up?

I would appreciate a response and dialogue here. Not - as almost always - a blatant ignorance of the problem at hand.

Please sort this out - or not I guess...

I for one am actively looking for another solution.
 
this is common issue on weekends for iptv and always has been. I guess the servers just dont have enough bandwidth when everyone tunes in on weekends.
 
I have experienced better before I changed to this provider and it seems as though I will have to find another/better/more reliable solution for the future. Am testing another service as I type - until now (since I wrote my first rant a couple of hours ago), not one glitch or buffering issue. Reliability CAN be achieved.

Anyway, we support the 3 main services on our boards and not a board for others (weather mentioned or not) or the dissing that seems to lie in the posts here.
These concerns could be talked about without the dissing, thnx

Thank you for your dedication to the forum and this thread crazed 2.0. However, I too have to concur with the OP and report that every weekend, bandwidth and service degradation is awful. Almost every channel either freezes, pixelates or the endless "working" pop up renders incessantly. I have two working memberships that I just renewed and regret doing so because of all the issues that never seem to get resolved.

you have to understand that members are fed up with this service, same issues never being resolved fully, and yes, they can choose to move on but for some that is not an option and getting what has been advertised should not be too much too ask when this service has been in operation for years now, no one should be using foul language or flaming the service offered when discussing it but should be allowed to post their issues and disappointments in an appropriate manner, most other services do not offer a forum like iptv talk but for most other iptv services a forum is not needed as the iptv service being provided works as it should and facebook, etc, is sufficient
 
Thanks to all of you for your supporting comments. I do understand and appreciate what the admins are trying to provide here, and would certainly never resort to derogatory or personal statements about persons - that's bad form. But the service itself needs to improve or customers(!), WILL move on to something more reliable with their hard earned cash.

I think most of the IPTV users are very patient (as we were with the predecessor satellite service). If I remember correctly, it took close to 2 years for the satellite service to "straighten" itself out. The IPTV service is close to that time frame. It has been mentioned in the past that when channels disappear or EPG disappears, it is the fault of the source provider and when its freezing and buffering its a server issue. As previously mentioned in this thread, it seems to get worse over the weekend (due to high usage and server overload ?). I recall this issue was talked about more than a year ago and at that time they were awaiting delivery of larger servers. Unfortunately since the server upgrades the improvements are not 100% effective. I wonder if the addition of extra channels (particularly the added HD channels) and the increase in users has outdated these new servers ? . As an experiment ,over the past 2 weekends, when the freezing and buffering started to happen, I went to my computer and viewed the free Kodi service and all the channels were stable and working fine....so, stability and quality can be achieved with our IPTV services if reliable sources and sufficiently sized servers are used.
 
iptv hasnt been around for long i remember when iks first started up it was horrible and now it works flawlessly give iptv and this site a chance it can oly get better with age it takes alot to keep everyone happy and everything working i spent 4 hours yesterday on the site i am a mod on to get a customer up and running so just be patient and i am sure that if you have a question some one will have the answer to it and will help out !

I usually get the occasional buffering/freezing on weekends and early evening hrs on a weekday but since Saturday (10/29/2016) I found that most channels won't even load anymore. I'm using a Mag 254 for this and I know it's not the internet service because my Roku stick and Kodi on the laptop is working fine. Hopefully, they get this resolved soon.

Please check the announcements. Hopefully, this will be remedied soon.

I thought that only IKS66 provider has issues like freezing and inaccessibility but I was wrong. I almost wanted to buy NFPS to give it a try but it seems the problems are all over. Is it the same management for all supported providers here?
Guys, it is not a matter of IPTV being at the beginning like former satellite hack or being under maintenance or using different boxes, it is just a matter of handled bandwidth of a server. A particular server can handle a certain amount of data and I might add that the server needs to be top-notch to handle the traffic, thus the costs are high too.
So I truly believe that the providers must find a balance between the customer's happiness and the profits. IMO it is a bad management by trying to get more profits while offering a poor service.
 
Hi, i am already conected (again :rolleyes:) to the server with my 2 routes, but!! i am still having the same problem with The Cable paid channels like:
Warner
HBO all of the
FOX all of then
Cinemax
Space
Sony
TBS
etc, etc and more etc. so...

What is the problem? all of then get freez everytime, and all the other channels are function ¨Properly¨ without freeze this is happening since i start to use the service and some period but is the less, are ok. My Internet Band is high with a very fast latency. I test without any other dispositive conected to the network and still happening, i already have 2 iptv receiver and the same with but of then, no matter if one of them is disconected.

So what is happening with your server?

By the last time that i come to explain this, you told me that all is ok. Is better to try to be ok with every client than every client start to be disconfort with your service.

And i see since april 2016 we have an answer but, then?

This server(s) need to be improve and do not accept more clients until you resolve the issues, is bad to be earning money with a not properly service that you are providing right now, so you get saturated and then what with the other, thats why people test like me and then we already go out because we dont receive a ¨normal¨service, need to be functuonally.
