Rocket blocked call the provider

hey guys I got the activation email a few hours ago but I am still blocked by provider (rocket)
no worries just wondering since it was sent as active does it go active right away or do you have to wait
mac is good and I have rebooted modem router and Avov box as well still blocked

Did you activate the mac address if yes did you change url to http://11.iptv.........?
If yes to both then i would suggest changing mac to small letters like 00:1a:79:xx:xx:xx and see if that works, cause it work for 1 of my box

it is an Avov tvonline the mac address was linked by the email from pappio so going to try and contact them today

did you activated your mac address to your number and or did you change the url name since it changed to "11.iptvprivateserver.tv".
