Rocket Blocked by server

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
Just another wrinkle in the system...............I can put up with some channels once in a while not working but having to reset constantly is beyond my level of patience ............................

Go to the Donation Checker for your service, login and choose IPTV Reset once inside. Make sure your device is off when you do the reset.

How about if somebody set this up for me. Meaning that he purchase a few accounts under his name. I believe I dont have that log in info.

I have two valid rockets installed on 2 different AVOV VIXO 2 Boxes. On one box I reset my username and password and that box is now ok, but only working on a few channels.
When I input my into into the other box I am receiving the Blocked by Server Error. It would be much appreciated if someone please could advise me how to do a reset or let me know where to find information on ho to do so.

check post #12 from above on how to reset :)

And with them Avovs, after the reset has been done, go into Server Settings menu and high-lite the server and click the red button to connect. Then once you see the loading circle start, exit and go to Live TV and should get all channels. You could wait till that loading circkle stops and then exit to LiveTV, but I found that it seems not to make a difference. The channels should come in either way.
This seems to work best when issues at hand with the avov and connecting correctly.

And guys, if you have a reseller code but do not have the info needed to get into your account , I may be able to help with finding the Client ID that you would need to log in to your papiao page. I would need the donation number that you have. Send that to me privately.

am i wrong cant re seller make there own info up for client to log on why heck dont they do that or are all rip offs i dont think that hope not they can make a donation client and even change the donation number or there to dumb to know how it even tell you how could be just to many clients to deal with

they do.
they have to as they can not leave the Client column blank or empty.

The problem is that some resellers do not know that the Client ID can be given to their clients and that ID can be used in place of the actual Order number when logging into a papiao account.
Client ID and Donation number can be used instead of Order number and Donation number.

Every Donation number that was bought from a reseller and was given to me by a member here, I was able to search with the donation number (12 or 13 digit number) and every reseller had the Client ID field filled, just they did not get that to their clients. But the ID can be seen, as long as the Donation number is active and authentic.
The Order number can be seen too, but be very careful never to defuldge that to anyone, because that order will prolly have other clients info on it.
The reason why resellers will not give out an Order number (the 16 digit number), is because they may have more clients on that particular Order number, so can not let others see that.

So yes, Client IDs can be found from a reseller account... as long as the client has an authentic donation number that can be searched (an email for confirmation helps).
