Rocket Blacked out

My rocket IPTV has been down now for the past two days I know a few people that have the same problem is anybody else experiencing this

What type of box are you running? It,s been running great on all Portals

I would power off your box, reboot as sometimes a box can lock up. If the box doesn't react to your remote control, make sure its connected to the internet and the remote has new batteries. Some channels are no longer available and some are just not up. Channel 622 hasn't been up for months, others are up and down, some down more often than up.

I have an nvidia shield the other 3 are android boxes they are not loading programming just have black screen in 3 differnt house holds

What application are you using? Try changing your country lock to allow all countries
