Yes
Once logged into STB EMU I get the usual EPG with all the options (All, English, Entertainments etc. )

If I click on any of the options, the whole screen goes black and I cannot see the channels.

If I change my player to LJK, I can see the channels but nothing plays.

Please help :(

I had the same issue... tried the MAC reset, and also changing my Mac and I was still getting the black screen. The only thing that worked was deleting the emulator and re-installing it. FYI

I believe it has to do with the version of the APK. are you using 0.9.03?
I have the exact problem. I can get to the Menu will all the channel listings. Most channels are blank except for international channels. I am also using STB EMU 0.9.03 on a firestick. I am going to see if I can use another version to see if it helps later tonight.

Do you guys have any other versions of the emulator installed on your system along with the newest .9.03 version ?
This was my problem. I could not get 9.03 going, getting the black screen. I had a few older versions installed. I ended up deleting everything, re-downloading and installing 9.03 and it worked... not sure if that may help....

My reseller found the fix

This needs to be stickied.CHECK SEND DEVICE ID1- Go to Settings -> Profile -> [ Profile Name ] -> Device ID in the application menu.2- Make sure that the option "Send Device ID to Service Provider" is checked. Then close the STB Emulator

When I go to Settings -> Profile -> [ Profile Name ] ->
The options are:
Profile Name
Portal Settings
STB configuration
Media player settings
Advanced settings.

I don't see Device If or "Send Device ID to Service Provider"

Thanks

Since I don't use an EMU, I'm not sure of the location. I'd check each of the option categories to see if Send Device ID is nestled there. Portal settings and Advanced settings would seem the most promising.
