Hello,

I just got my subscription yesterday. It worked for a few hours then I started getting Authentication Failed messages each time I tried to access the channels.

I'm using Kodi 15.1 on an Amazon Fire Stick, which has been operating well. All of my other IPTV addons are working fine.

I tried to analyze the situation but have run up against a brick wall.

(1) The MAC check page suggests my MAC Address is fine and ready to go.

(2) I have cleared the Kodi cache several times with the Maintenance Tools. I have cleared cache on the NFPS settings menu many times. I have restarted Kodi many times. Yet I keep getting the Authorization Failed message.

(3) Could my ISP Being blocking access to the IPTV Stalker channels? If they did, I wonder if that would result in the Authorization Failed messages? Note that I saved a few channels to my favorites (CNN, TBS, ESPN, Big Bang TV and the Mentalist TV) before the Authorization Failed issue arose. CNN, TBS and ESPN all come up with the Authorization Failed message when I click them from favorites. However, the Big Bang Theory and the Mentalist channels play without issue. It doesn't appear they require authorization. Are they on the same server as the other channels? If my ISP was blocking channels it would seem the Big Bang Theory and the Mentalist would be blocked too, not just channels requiring authorization. Perplexing!

(5) My e-mail said to use hxxp://11.iptvprivateserver.tv as the portal. I did that and received the Authorization Failed problem. I also tried hxxp://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv and have the same issue. (Obviously, the xx's are tt's in the settings dialog.)

(4) If it is not my ISP blocking me, it has to be an issue at the Stalker servers. If so, how can this be remedied?

Thanks for the help...

Relink your donation mac with a new one then switch it back to yours. Should work again.

There is a authorization glitch I believe cause macs to corrupt. But linking a new mac then relinking yours will work for now.

I changed the Mac Address and decided to try logging in with the new one, and it worked! I will leave the new one in place for the time being, since it is doing the job.

Weird how it said my old Mac Address was viable but would not authorize me with it.

Good call and many thanks for the help, my friend...
