IPTV66 Avov vixo 2 can't connect to iptv66

We have the avov vixo 2 for about a year on nfps. It ran out and I got iptv66. I cannot get it to connect. I have put all of the info in it. I have done hard reset, reset Internet and still nothing. I can't reset on the donation checker. Any ideas of what is wrong? I didn't find a place to put the des key.

I don't have a way to get web Tv. Is that the only way to watch on the avov?

I found it but it is freezing bad all channels.
