I'm a bit confused, set top box? What does that mean? It's going to need an additional box of somekind?

Can avov clarify if this unit will have DVR built into it? I am really happy with my super small light weight Fuse Box. But if this TvOnline 4 box has DVR , Fuse will go to the Basement and TvOnline 4 Box will be in my Living Room, But i need this confirmed first. Please )

I WAS told when I ordered mine that the pvr/dvr function will come out in the next few weeks in a software update. the tvonline plus will be included wjth update. all boxes except the vox1 (the first box) will have this new feature. on the air mouse it was on the checkout order page. I ordered two + 4s with the air mouse and saved on the shipping. total price for all three was $239. did not see the 10% promotion code. they told me 3 -5 days shipping. ordered mine on the 26th.
