NFPS / Private Avov k4 adding server

Hi, I just got my Avov 4k and it has 3 month in it from a different provider, I am trying to add on Server 2 my NFPS url and it keep asking to enter user name and password for creditor, the box for that is unchecked. do i need user name and password?, I link my Mac to my donation but i never had user name or password, please help

Do you have a donation for NFPS? If you did, it sure would seem like you'd know your username and password. Check the e-mail you received after you donated to NFPS. There is a section that indicates Username/Password.

If you used NFPS before on any device, you had to add your username and password.

Thank for the reply, I didnt know that the user name and password is the donation number, i will try it tonight.

yea check that that box and other one two so you can see all and save
