I got a monthly donation from a reseller.....I got brilliant quality live TV for three days, then next day I got the 504 gateway error message......which after a day turned to the Authorization Failed message that has been there for two days now. I am new to IPTV viewing and cannot contact my reseller, so I am wondering if someone could point me in the direction of how I might change my MAC as I believe (hope) this may get me back viewing again.
I have my order number, and donation number, also the MAC address I was sent.
Any kind person here could help?....Please.
