Rocket authentication problems

Hey guys I just got back from a 3 week vacation and now my Mag box wants me to re authenticate and I have already done it once. I checked and my donation is still active and put in the donation # in for the Login and Password but keep getting a error I reboot and it keeps going back to the login page. I also tried to reset my mac address and said it was on record so I know that it is registered so anybody have any suggestions to what to do at this point..........thanks........two-dogs

Have you logged in and reset your IPTV? Try that and log in again. Should cure the problem.

frostycold is that in system settings and under restart portal I have tried that but same results I will try it again

how do I do that nelsonilfs I thought you could not change the address once it is assigned

Ok I went to system setting and hit Reset settings and still same problem any other suggestions

My ott box crashed ,,, so I just updated it to Jarvis ,,, went to put all my info in it .... Everything is fine ,,,,,,except my iptv when I put my MAC address in and stalker info it keeps saying stalker client authentication failed
