NFPS / Private Authentication Problem

Nfps stb emulator showing authentication problem now. I changed my mac 3 times and still having the problem.
Anyone else having this problem or know of any fixes?

its english channels..all the foreign language channels load...would just be nice if they acknowledge the problem for once rather than leave everyone hanging changing ports and mac addresses when that wont do anything

It really sucks the lack of respect for the customer to be honest. There going to lose so many people upon renewal date
