I have reset my IPTV setup multiple times and its still reporting authentication failure are we still back up and if so how do I wipe the data and connect once more

Are there anything that goes in the Signature block of the New Revamped IPTV Stalker addon 10.0.1?
Also where the NAME is in portal 1 it says alpha is that correct?
