NFPS / Private Authentication Failed Error?

IPTV Private Server (NFPS)
I'm getting it too. Started last night, and I'm also getting a device conflict message as well. I only have one device connected. Usually if I wait for a day it will come back, but it is getting old for sure.
When it works it's great, but it goes down often. I tried clearing the data, starting the EPG again, all the usual things and it just doesn't help. Funny thing is, I was watching E4 last night and I kept getting the messages
while I was watching. After the show was over I tried to change channels and it wouldn't let me back in. That was new..

What box, or Kodi addon are you getting these errors on? In the service subforums, just saying you are down or have errors is not helpful, and probably most best to ask for help for your device or kodi setup.

A quick way to check if the service is up or down for you is the put your portal url (11.iptvprivateservice.tv) into a browser and seeing the blue screen trying to login. If you don't see that, either your connection, the internet routing or the server is down. If you do see that blue screen, it means that the server doesn't recognize your connection from your client, so you need to check your settings, then do an IPTV Reset.

I'm working with my FTV2, or my Android phone, or my Windows PC. (one at the time of course.) All give me the same problem. Auth failures, or device conflict. I did do an IPTV reset a few times yesterday with Papiao and that worked for a while, but of course now I'm locked out for 24 hours for too many resets. Like I said, it's been working fine for quite a while and there have been no changes to my setup, so unless the setting have changed and I'm not aware of it I'm kind of at a loss. I read everything here before I say anything and Dara has been quite helpful, but I'm pretty stuck at the moment. I'll keep working on it and hopefully I will be able to figure it out again. I tried the standalone IPTV Stalker Papiao as well with what I'm pretty sure are the correct settings and I get a gateway time-out with that. And it always says custom mac on 2 and 3 are invalid, but those are set to none so I'm not sure what is going on there.

Check out the instructions in the release thread for the IPTV Stalker, and you'll get your answer... you need to configure from defaults, and leave zeros for the MAC in the inactive portals. Because we all are limited to how many chances we get to do an IPTV Reset, its best to make sure your settings are correct (and if they worked before... they are correct), then do the IPTV Reset and try to connect. Once is usually enough, and I think the server side is now pretty reliable on making that work.

The PVR Stalker NFPS could be giving people issues as the device info is not customizable and may be change with an IP address change.

Thanks Dara, I missed the configure from default part-my bad. I'll give that a try and when I can get back in to change my mac I'll give that a shot. I did that yesterday and it did work for a while, but then started the not authorized thing again.
I appreciate your help ..as always.

So if my ip changes, Which in all likelyhood it has, as we have had power issues, Must have gone out 10x, this weekend

What needs to be done to get it working again?

If you only use the PVR Stalker NFPS ("Stalker Client NFPS"), you do an IPTV Reset to synchronize your settings when you try to connect. Remember, you are limited to three visits to the donation checker, and I believe only two or three chances to do an IPTV Reset in a 24 hour period. For the other two Kodi addons, you do have to verify your settings are correct before you connect

Ip changes wont mess up service. I take my rig with me when traveling a lot and have never had an issue when using a new ip. Service checks for login/pass, serial number, device id, mac address, and thats about it. Cheers!

Are you using the Stalker Client NFPS? Shifting from one IP to another using a vpn/proxy caused me an authentication issue, then I switched back and didn't have the issue with that client.

If you start your own thread, you may get help.
