Rocket Authentication error

Hi there,


Since last couple days i am getting authentication error for my STB EMU APP. It worked fine for almost 2 months no issue. Also I am not able to login to Papiao site to reset my MAC address.

I am getting following error messages.


When I use donation number as username and password - "The information provided is incorrect please try again."


When I use email address as Username and donation number as password - "Sorry but there is not match with the information provided or your Donation expired a long time ago."

I wrote multiple emails to info@rocket-iptv"dot"com (I bought the subscription from www"dot"rocket-iptv"dot"com

You dealt with a reseller. Unfortunately, you may be out of luck. On rare occasions a Super Mod can do something, but I wouldn't hold out much hope.

Have you e-mailed the reseller? I would definitely send them a few messages to see if there is any response. Most likely the only way you will be able to get a resolution is through them.

i emailed time every day twice no reply since . taught the site was legit. any way we can flag the site

There is no real way to flag it, but the mantra here is don't buy from a reseller unless you know them personally, as in friend or family.

For Rocket service, the only real site is iptvrocket.is (or iptvrocket.is). There is no way to control how resellers sell their product, and in most cases there is no recourse as Papiao has no control over reseller accounts. They could take action against a reseller, but usually at the expense of their other customers. Flagging a certain website is not effective as they can also just change domains.
