Rocket authentication error ?

I keep getting this error no stop,,, keep doing iptv reset non stop but same thing

what is going on . any ideas here at all

My experience with error on username and password is due to sub being expired or you have not entered info correctly on setting up portal. Probably need to change MAC address and reenter again with correct mac address and make sure that you have mag box unplugged and internet not connected while changing mac address, plug power and internet back to mag box and should be good to go. Of you keep reseting or not link mac to your box it will make you waot 24 hours before you can get it going again with correct mac address

this is an android box ,, I have only 1 and half months into my sub and everything was working fine before

If your code was previously on a MAG or AVOV and now you are on an Android box, did you change the 79 in the mac address to 78?
