Rocket Authentication Error

Can some one help me please. i'm getting an error when I put my username and password to log on to portal.

Authentication error

I got the same problem just started today. I have a MyGica 1800 with the PVR Stalker NFPS 0.8.4 and all I
get today is Authentication Failed no TV at all and no IPTV HELP?
