IPTV66 Authentication Error New MAG254 box

Hi,


I have signed up to 1 months subscription from iks66.com and have entered the portal details but cant get past the authentication blue screen. I have entered the 13 digit route no. supplied in the email but just coming up with an error.

I have entered the portal name as Rocket and the Portal URL as http://66.iptv66.tv.

I have also tried resetting the ip using the iks66 logon page. Any ideas?

what about a MAC address ?
You need one linked to that route.

Same problem as the OP I just get ERROR in red text top/right of the authentication window.

Tried entering the device MAC address from the info window as well as the ethernet MAC address on the IPTV Reset web page but got the message "unable to update MAC address" each time. Now I'm told that I'm locked out for 24 hours. Is there a different MAC address that should be added? Cable modem? Router? Other MAG254 MAC address ... ?

Any help much appreciated.

It is just the MAC address on the MAG box that you need to enter. It seems that most channels are down however. So im not sure it is really worth the effort. I am going to sign up to a different server and see how that goes.
 
Hi . i get the same problem i input my username and password and is show a error , i being send a email to then and no body reply me ,aswell reset the mac and it said 24 to 48 hours to get solution but is ready 72 hours and still get no solutions i thing this people just stolen as the money ,because in October i bought 2 month susscription for a diferent box and i had the same problem i didtn get my money back no solution nothing at all..................
 
Hi, same problem , I renewed my donation yesterday and I gaught my conformation email with my donation number, which was the same as last year,put it in Authentication window and error in red appears.When I login to check my status today it says Active and 364 days left. I sent email but still no reply. Mag 250

Same here, having an error, can not reset my Mac address getting a red line on top saying to allow 24 to 48 hours to get the issue solved.
Which is not true, seems they are taking people money.
If someone has a solution please share

You have no MAC linked to your Route number. You do have an expired route and this new one, the new one has no MAC linked to it.
I know this because you posted your email and that is a bad thing to do. You may not like what some may do with that email, so please do not post personal private info in open forums.
