Started up mygica 1800e this morning and it shows the channels etc but black screen with "AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM" at the top of the screen and the channels won't come in. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I have a Mag 254 downstairs that is working find which I shut off just in case they were in conflict but they have been working perfectly in unison with separate id's and order No.s foor a year now. I have re started or rebooted the machine several times and unhooked the power to reset but with no differences.

When would it end

Ever since IPTV STALKER gone down for me i'vent seen anything stable yet with live tv stalker client working but it buffing plenty STB emulator well i dont know what going on with that when all these stressful time going to end everyone having problems and no one have a solution for it come on guys ppl pay monies for they stuff at least say something to us we need answers

everything Buffers like a crazy, the service/channels are Unwatchable at this moment... The channels that don't buffer are not even loading at all. I tried kodi on windows, android, stb emulator, and my old mag254.

No refunds, I cant get into the donations site as a reseller. Avov Vixo2 I changed to vod it disconnected, and wont reconnect reboot checked, and reset all info, in server settings still wont recon.

Pull Channels=no but just noticed loading circle(changing channels) is gone. Was circling earlier.
Vod=yes
I think something cooking, maybe getting closer to getting LiveTV back.

Can't change mac address all zeros and when I change and check it still all zeros...channels load but no English channels will play...my reseller is playing hide and seek so I can't get a legitimate order number for 1 subscription....now the one working box I worked 2 days on with the help of Dara now says Authentication Fail...personally I think it should say EPIC FAIL. I am as patient as anyone but its time to get your subscribers up and running regardless of your concerns about your service being hijacked. Until you can guarantee service your responsibility is to your customers. If I am saying it then you can be sure that everyone who is effected feels the same.

I have a Avov v2.ver.107 also down do not know if this is your 1st time .this is part of the satellite iptv game when we are up everyone is happy .but when it is down its hard on everyone.just remember what get for r donation .i feel for you but you will be happy in a day or two when they fix everything.for me thank god i got my iks sat still for back up
