The problem is most likely due to Stalker update. You need to change some settings, see related posts. I had same problem & just got it sorted,

Im using the IPTV Stalker addon in Kodi.

Your using the pvr stalker in kodi, you need to update the iptv stalker addon

It seems that the new add on deletes the send serial number function which is not allowing access th the nfps server

The new addon sucks. I been messing for an hour on this now.

Not using the PVR. Just WAS using the addon. Its now updated to 9.0.19 and will not work.

HAve defaulted the addon then changed mac then cleared cache. Then restarted Kodi. Still nothing

All good. Now working. Fix was deleting the XML files THEN sticking a new mac addy in the Kodi addon. All good now. In fact better as can watch on several devices with same mac different channels at home.

just a FYI, if your running the same mac on different devices at the same time, your mac address is gonna be wacked
