I never got jack squat last time they offered the week for all the trouble and a ton of other people didnt get jack squat either..I even sent an email asking about it that went unanswered..wouldnt be surprised if the same thing happens again
I believe for all the time this has been unwatcable since I first payed... I am owed about a 9 months extension

That wasn't so bad.
I don't understand that theory. You only paid a buck a day so don't expect perfect service. Last time I checked they claim to have error free TV. It's what they say on the website. If they were honest in the first place maybe people wouldn't be upset.
Not one IPTV service advertises and says
"Because the cost is so low, you will have intermittent loss of service and/or channel buffering or not working at all. "
Maybe if they did people would be more accepting.
TRANSPARENCY
This cost less than 1 month of cable! What do you want 100% no issues? Let me guess for $105 a year you think your going to get perfect service
