First I want to thank the people behind this project that I think is a good one and it may be the future of TV. However, I still see the future far away from the present.
It's been almost 3 months since we started paying and we were told we would see some improvement. I've seen less freezing on some channels, but still some freezing and not to mention when there's a big PPV event that some people are able to watch while others are not able to.
I've also seen lot of channels added, nice for people from the east side of the world. For me, no Puerto Rico channels available at all.
Movies on channels 500's ? This could have stayed on VOD. The same thing.
Some TV series... Some people may like that. Others not.
Honestly, not to sound disrespectful for anyone here, but I bet most people think like me. I think we were expecting more by this far. Specially when we started paying 3 months ago and were told that at the end of 90 days the price would be higher and service improved.
Will say what I said several months ago... I rather have quality service over quantity of channels. So far... quantity is what I see.
YES, I know they are still working on this and that is a service which is still on diapers. And as I said, might be the future of TV. But so far... not even close.
