IPTV66 After 11 Days problem not solved

I paid for a iptv+iks route 11 days ago. I received a route for IKS only. I have sent countless email to support and customer service. The problem has not been solved.
I need help. I need help.
 
ASFT - I paid for a donation on 9/28. In error, I did IKS only, but I need IPTV. I sent an email to [email protected] and they told me to do an upgrade. However, there is no upgrade option on IKS66.com. Is there anyway you can help me on that? I have sent IKS66 support several emails asking how to do the upgrade, but I have not received an answer.
