Rocket access denied in Kodi

Hello, I made my donation yesterday sent me the username and password you set in Kodi with IPTV addon Stalker Plus malfunctioned, but at night I disconnect. When trying to connect me again mostro access denied ... until now remains the same, and change the MAC and still can not enter. Will I be able to advise?

They seem to be experiencing problems with their servers, a lot of people including myself cannot log on to the server. At this time not sure what it will take to solve this problem. Just keep trying like I am doing.,

same problem is going on with me. as from 1 week i am daily trying to get iptv working , first i was using "Mag tv stalker" in mygica 1800e and i was work fine, then 7 day back it stop working , then i install new version(Magtv stalker 8.9.6) but still i am not able to config it to work, so after few days try i give up on it. Up one advice from Afst mod, i move to kodi and install "iptv stalker plus 10.2.4" and i follow the IPTV Stalker "Plus" 10.2.4 - Install and How-to tutorial forum step by step posted by "dara Moderator"
when i started iptv stalker plus it say access Denied. i already reset my IPTV, may time from https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket.

only think i see is My MAC which 3rd pair was "79" now i cahnge it to "78" it is same "00:1A:78" is register with papiao. but in "how to tutorial" dara given example allover that MAC is with "78" please help me to solve it. it been 1 week no tv in my home.

one thing i notice, in Kodi > system>system info> network, it show MAC 1st three pairs "AC: DB: DA" not as "dara" example ( "00:1A:78" ) in his "how to tutorial" so i am not sure is this THE problem or not.

and i do not know how to change MAC in kodi, i can change in Magtv stalker but not in kodi..........

good I am not alone with authorization failed.
Kodi with PVR stalker and stalker addon both have lots problems.

i am having logon issues. i am always receiving the error of access denied. Can anyone help resolve this issue?

Have you tried doing an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker. That is always the best first step. Make sure your device is disconnected when you issue the IPTV Reset.
