Rocket about Papiao

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
I have tried to reach a few of the papiao.is web links and the webpages load up to about 70 % and then stops ? Not sure as to what the problem is but I think its just a glitch in the transition to the new url. Wait, it will get sorted by somebody in the next day or so. I can't reach the reseller log in either.
 
I ordered 5 rockets on Jan 1, I received an order number with 5 assigned rockets and they have no credits. I access the order number and it tells me I have 5 assigned rockets. I cannot assign any Mac numbers because there are no credits assigned to the rockets. I can't check rockets because I have no donation numbers and I can't get any replies to the emails I've sent. Not sure what to do or how to get somebody to assign 5 credits to the 5 assigned rockets.

you have not been left out to dry Deadwood. I been on this situation on your behalf. I still have not gotten reply back, but I will send more email if thats what it takes :)
My contact is overwhelmed with family matters and now all these URL changes and etc... he is been swamped with work and stuff... but I am on the emails.

Part of the issue could simply be website related with these new changes , but hard to say till we hear from papiao.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll take another dose of patience and hang up my crying towel. Appreciate the effort and quick replies. Hopefully things will fall into place sometime this week.
 
Crazed, just a heads-up that there is a redirect error on payments via PayEase. I purchased two new Rockets this morning using PayEase and the payment was successful. However when they were redirecting back to Rocket, a "Server Not Found" message appeared. The URL of the redirect begins with payease.iptvrocket.is. My guess is that it now needs to go to payease.iksrocket.is given the recent changes. I did complete a contact form providing the entire URL, which includes the approval codes, so hopefully my new Rockets will be processed. At this point, I only wanted you (and others) to be aware of a possible conversion issue.

UPDATE: Just received my two new Rockets! Either someone saw the contact form or the error didn't stop the processing. Either way, I'm a happy camper.

I used Payease for 5 rockets, received notice with order number and note that 5 rockets have been assigned with IPTV & IKS credits but the rockets had no credits, no listings and the panel showed nothing but zeros. I, too, made the order via the old url which changed and it may have caused the problem with the no listings, no credits. I can't access the panel to see if anything has changed or not. I did receive a message informing me that the problem will be sorted out and the sun will shine again. Not sure if anyone else has similar issues but its very busy on the home front as it took several days to get a reply. For those who can't access or sign in to their panel, its being worked on.

I been checking my emails, but usually they do not reply back to me unless needed, they just usuaaly fix the issue or send an email to the client.
