Rocket 6 days since credit card was billed, and no rockets.

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
When you paid did you copy down,or print the page that had the order number on it?If it was a renewal you can then go check your rocket & see if it was processed & just no email yet.I renewed my 3 rockets during the recent troubles & although I haven't received notification I have noticed that the rockets are good for another year.
 
Defiantly keep checking the page with your order number, I also never received an email with my donation number. I just kept checking the website and boom 1 day it was there.
 
You're one step further than I am, friggin Kodi crashed my htpc while I was inputting the info into the pvr client, I could have had at least donation going if I had saved the page (in foresight).

Although I used NFPS, I've used Rocket as well, just be patient for the email (it sucks, especially with no word) but you'll get it. Keep checking your junk mail folder every day or two just in case, as another mentioned.
 
Use your order # to check. I ordered on Tuesday. used the order checker on Thursday and the rocket had been processed Wednesday. Still have not received an email as of this morning. As a note I have only received one email out of 4 orders over the last 4 years. I would also note that the iksrocket site order checker works and the iptvrocket order checker did not earlier in the week.

Other than that I am up and running great.
 
The order number I wrote down does not check. I can`t even contact papiao because the order # does not seem to be a valid one. I am completely out of options. My renewal was charged on Feb5. it has not been processed because I lost my TV channels on Fri/12.

one can always do a charge back with one's CC company, stating "cannot contact seller" and then try all over again as frustrating as "that" can be
 
It's been 8 days since charge cleared for me and I'm still getting the "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged." when I check status.

If it gets close to 60 days from statement date and you still haven't received your number then dispute the charge with credit card issuer to protect yourself.
