Have you tryed using the composite cables that come with the box or a different tv set or swaping to a new hdmi cable?

Try using the composite cables that came with your box maybe we can rule out a bad hdmi port on either tv or box its self.

if you exit from the channel list and go into settings, two choices you have are go into inner portal and reboot device

that is the anwser I was waiting for all the time...But now I found it itself..
So now I dont need the pull the plug to go to the "portal" entry
